  Very poor to non existent customer service, had an issue with my policy payments which I didn't know about, they did not bother to call and the policy was cancelled without my knowledge, I was with these guys for years, when I called the insurance company Resilium they informed me the policy was cancelled and they had informed Lords Insurance.

  After looking around at different insurance providers (year after year) I would end up settling with the same provider as I was confused and did not have the time to put into researching, I was referred to Lords Insurance Services by more than one person so decided to bite the bullet and get them to check out my options for my landlords insurance. I was pleased that they managed to save me money AND get me more cover than I was getting before, also I have the option to pay monthly and not the whole annual lump sum! I have decided to get Lords to review all of my insurance policies, it saves me time and money. Very happy, thank you! Renee

  We found Lord's Insurance Services to be extremely helpful and competitive. They provided us with a range of options and a complete breakdown of policy inclusions (in layman's terms!) which no other company did. From beginning to end the service was faultless.
