  Followmont Cairns let Followmont down - their staff are exceptionally unhelpful and they are very slow at moving freight. Useless. This does not apply to all Followmont - in Townsville they are fantastic.

  The deliveries are on time but at times there are moments when this does not occur but the admin staff do their utmost to try and locate the freight.

  Freight is consistently late, continually costing my customers money. The only thing they can guarantee is that their rates go up as the service declines, I can only recommend that you use another carrier whenever possible .
